How much do you charge for delivery?

All our delivery options and timeframes can be found in our Shipping Policy.

Do you deliver in my area?

We deliver to any address with a UK Postcode, including Northern Ireland, Isle Of The Man, The Shetlands and The Orkney Islands!

Where is my order?

Your order is fully trackable with Royal Mail.

Once we have the Tracking Number, we will email this to you. Royal Mail will also keep you updated along the way with SMS messages (if you provided your mobile number) and email updates.

What happens if I’m not home when you deliver my order?

Our courier Royal Mail will leave a calling card. You can rearrange online or collect from your local delivery office.

Who can sign for my delivery?

All deliveries must be signed for by the customer, or a person nominated by the customer, who is over 18.

If the order contains alcohol, proof of age may be requested, and Discount Dragon reserves the right to ask to see ID of anyone who looks under the age of 25 and can refuse delivery to anybody that cannot prove they are over 18 years of age.

Proof of identity may also be requested upon delivery. Signature upon receipt of the goods will be proof of delivery.

Are your products authentic and brand new?

Yes. All items we sell are 100% authentic and brand new. We source them directly from reputable brands or distributors, so you can trust that every product is genuine.

Why are your prices so low compared to the RRP?

Do you really sell products for as little as 1p?

Occasionally, we run extremely discounted promotions—like 1p deals—to highlight new or limited‑time offers. These special deals often sell out quickly, so keep an eye on our website or social channels to grab them in time.

Are your short-dated items safe to consume after the ‘Best Before’ date?

Some products may have a shorter ‘Best Before’ date, which guarantees peak quality rather than safety. They’re typically still fine to consume beyond that date, though flavour or texture might gradually change. We clearly display any relevant dates, so you’ll always know what to expect.

How long does delivery take, and how much does it cost?

We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days. Tracked 24 deliveries arrive in 1–2 working days and Tracked 48 in 2-3 working days. Delivery costs £6.99, or FREE if you spend £40 or more. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.

What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

We’re here to help. If you’re unhappy with any part of your order or something arrives damaged, contact our Customer Support team right away. We’ll do our best to quickly resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement, refund, or store credit.

How do I return an item?

If you need to return a product, please get in touch with us via email or our contact form. We accept returns for most unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. For any faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a swift resolution.
