It is your responsibility to enter your address correctly. We accept no responsibility for incorrect addresses, and if an order is delivered to an incorrect address we are unable to accept this is a non-delivery claim.
If an order is returned to us by our Courier if the address you entered is undeliverable, we will refund the price you paid for the order minus a £5 charge to cover our costs.
If you are ordering alcohol, then this can only be handed over to the person who placed the order and age verification will also be requested by the delivery person.
Non-delivery claims for orders you haven’t received must be made within 21 days of you placing your order. Claims made after 21 days will not be accepted. In the event of your order being returned to us by the Courier (for whatever reason), then we will refund you in full upon completion of our investigation.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, or to resell our products, please note that no refunds will be given as you are exempt from Consumer Contracts (formerly distance selling) regulations.

Yes. We only purchase directly from either (a) the manufacturer or (b) authorised distributors.
Yes. We do not sell refurbished, returned, or seconds. Some of the products we sell are “almost perfect” but this does not mean the are not brand new. They may be slightly cosmetically imperfect (example minor marks on the glass), or may be 1st or last pour candles, or may have wax residue on the packaging or glass, but literally nothing is pre-owned or not brand new.
